PRICE AND PAYMENT
In the EBB & FLOW webshop you can buy our products online in the following ways: Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, American Express or bank transfer. All prices include VAT.
No credit card fees are charged by us, beyond what is permitted and authorised by you.
DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT
We offer free shipping to most countries in Europe, and with regards to orders sent to other countries, transport will be added according to weight and volume. If the goods you have ordered are in stock, we will ship you within 1-4 days from receipt of order, and in the event that the goods are not in stock, we will notify you of the delivery date.
If you wish to return your purchase, you must inform us by email, or use the Returns Form within 14 days after you have received the goods. You must complete the form and return this along with the product when you send it back to us. Costs related to return shipping, are not covered by us, but must be paid for by yourself. We will refund your payment within 14 days after we receive your form and email, but only after we have received the product, or documentation to prove that the product has been returned.
If the item is not returned to us in its original packaging, or securely packed in the same way that you received it, a reduction may be deducted from the return amount equal to decrease in value of the product. The refund will be made by the original payment method.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
EBB & FLOW glass lamps are made of hand-blown and hand-finished glass, where small glass bubbles and other imperfections may occur. These are not considered defects.
If there is a real fault or defect in the product, please contact us at: email@example.com. We ask that you explain in as much detail as possible what the fault of the product is, and if possible, include pictures of the fault. Please include the order number. You have the right to complain about a product for 24 months, and if you have received a faulty item, we ask that you inform us within a reasonable time after you have discovered the flaw in the product. If your complaint is sent to us within two months after you discovered the fault, then the complaint will be timely. The fault or defect must of course be genuine, and not be caused by misuse of the product, or other injurious behaviour. We can either offer you to send a new product, a discount on the item, or you can return the item and get a full refund.
If you send the item back to us, please fill in the returns form and enclose this when returning the goods. Transport expenses incurred in this case will be covered by us against a written receipt.
